Feeling a bit better.
I must be feeling a bit better because my interest in food is returning , so last night we thought we would go to the Arnside Fish & Chip shop for tea - getting there just as it opened to avoid the crowds (it's a very good 'chippy' and very popular) . So off we set - to find it CLOSED!!!! - you can imagine the disappointment ! (their annual holidays , before he season starts) , however we rallied and went for a toasted sandwich and chips at the 'Albion' further along the Prom (excellent !) . The above photo is of the Arnside railway viaduct looking towards the Lake District hills
